We would like to say how happy we have been in listing the sale of our holiday house in Leura with Wall to Wall Real Estate. In particular the fact that the home was most likely to appeal to a purchaser from out of the area, the clever use of the internet listing with top billings on Domain and fantastic photography of the property was really important in getting a lot of interest and resulted in a very quick sale within one and a half weeks.

Initially we were concerned about the property not being displayed in an agency window in the Leura main street, but the comfort levels reached in discussions with the team about their approach to marketing the property soon dissolved any concerns we had. You do not need to sell your property with a picture in the main street of town, the results show that. Their approach was fresh but also very strategic, really targeting the most likely type of person that would buy it. Needless to say the property was purchased as a weekender so the strategy worked.

I would like everyone out there to know why they should choose you to sell their house.

After being on the market for about 3 years, off and on, with 2-3 leading state agencies, we decided to give Barbara a call.  There I was, talking on the phone with a lady that I never met in my life, but conversation was so easy and friendly. Times in real estate were tough but Barbara didn't make us any empty promises just to get a listing.

Then, it was house inspections, and everything that comes with that, all the usual stress and drama's, but Rowan made me feel that having our house on the market doesn't mean giving way to potential buyer. I am sure there is a fine line between pleasing a buyer and staying true to a home owner, and yes Wall to Wall has mastered it. After all, it takes a few simple old fashion moral values and lots of consideration and dedication to achieve the results that you do.

Finally, Catherine sold our house and it made us feel as if it was a walk in the park, but we all know it wasn't.
